At HackMCST V, you can expect to have a great time while you work alone or with your friends to plan, develop, and present an idea over the course of 12 hours.
Eligibility
Participants
- Must be from 7-12th grade
- May only have teams up to 4
- Must agree to the Code of Conduct
- Must agree to the Contest Terms and Conditions
- Must agree to the Privacy Policy
Requirements
Each team must submit one submission by 7:30 pm on Saturday. If a team does not submit their hack by 8pm, they will not qualify for judging or prizes. Teams must only submit a hack that was created during the hacking period. Any project made previously to the event or created before the hacking period will be disqualified.
Prizes
$340 in prizes
1st Place Prize
Each team member is eligible to receive a cash prize (up to 4 members). One attendee cannot claim prizes on behalf of multiple individuals. Each member of the team will receive a $80 gift card.
2st Place Prize
Each team member is eligible to receive a cash prize (up to 4 members). One attendee cannot claim prizes on behalf of multiple individuals. Each member of the team will receive a $60 gift card.
3rd Place Prize
Each team member is eligible to receive a cash prize (up to 4 members). One attendee cannot claim prizes on behalf of multiple individuals. Each team member will receive a $50 gift card.
Alexa Prize
This prize will go to the team that created the best project related to the Alexa Theme. Each team member will receive a $50 Amazon Gift Card.
Social Justice Theme Prize
This prize will go to the team that created the best project related to the Social Justice Theme. Each team member will receive a $50 Amazon Gift Card.
Healthcare Theme Prize
This prize will go to the team that created the best project related to the Social Justice Theme. Each team member will receive a $50 Amazon Gift Card.
